The short version
You have 14 days from the date of your first charge to request a full refund. Email me from the address you used to buy. I refund the full amount to the original payment method.
What counts as the start
The 14 days begin on the date of the first successful charge on your card. Renewal charges (monthly or annual) are not refundable as a matter of policy, but if your card was charged for a period you did not intend to renew, email me and I will sort it out manually.
How to request
Email hi@hibubba.xyz with the subject line "Refund." A reason is welcome but not required. Refunds are processed within three business days through Stripe.
What this isn't
This is a satisfaction policy, not a free trial of indefinite length. Repeated refund-and-rebuy patterns will be declined.
Custom Builds and Enterprise
Custom Builds and Enterprise engagements are scoped per-project and refund terms are written into the individual agreement. Default for both: a 50 percent refund of the deposit before work begins, no refund once production has started, with disputes resolved on a case-by-case basis.
